About Me
I’ve been a dietitian for over ten years, and I enjoy helping people develop healthy eating habits that suit their goals. Life is too short for strict diets! We should balance enjoying food, getting proper nutrition, and participating in social activities!
Over the past few years, I have become fascinated with the gut and how integral its function is to our physical and mental well being. I am a certified Monash FODMAP trained dietitian and really enjoying working to ease digestive symptoms while maximizing nutrition.
I have two young children and absolutely love being a mom. My journey from being pregnant to postpartum recovery to navigating toddler feeding has been nothing short of exciting, adventurous and very challenging at times. With a few tips and tricks, feeding a family with various nutrition needs is possible (most of the time).
Lastly, I love to bake (and yes I use real butter and sugar), am a former dancer, enjoy yoga and pilates, and love spending time outdoors at the cottage.
